I maybe wrong, but I don't think you can get a twin-sharing room for less than P1,000 in Vigan. About P1,500 to P2,000 is more like it.

Try Cordillera Inn, Aniceto Mansion, Grandpa's Inn. Or you can browse through the Vigan travel guide for other options.
