Buon giorno. I will be arriving in Spoleto in early July and am looking for suggestions for a place to stay for a week. My wife will be in Spoleto as well attending a workshop at La Mama Umbria and will have room and board at La Mama and unfortunately spouses cannot stay there. I am looking for something quaint and relatively low priced and somewhat close to Spoleto and La Mama. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I stayed at this hotel, and foud it an excellent value for money:
http://www.albergolamacchia.it/ The only con is it is a little out of town (you need a car or some sort of trasportation - even a bicicle could do). The rest all all pros: quite little and charming, a very silent place in the middle of a little forest, with a nice swimming pool. Good prices. I would come back there vithout hesitating!
