hmm.. it says "to visit these areas you may need permits- international borders and ethnic minority regions are sensitive places", I was a bit worried after seeing that.
But i've been reading many blogs on mohe and none of them talk about permits or having any problems with the police. So im gonna assume its fine and get there with my fingers crossed.
