Hotels suitable for the elderly in malcesine

Hi, does anyone know of a hotel in malcesine center that would be ok for my grandma as she can't really walk up hill so we want to be very central and on the lake front, we also would like it to have a pool and not be too expensive.

Does it have to be in Malcesine? I have been given a recommensation for Hotel Roma in Garda - it is on the flat, ovelooks the Lake and is close to all the river transport.

Hotel Vega in Malcesine is on the flat, 200 meter from the center... ( http://www.hotelvegamalcesine.it/gb/map.htm)
It doesn't have a pool, but relly don't need it... It is 2 meter from the lake!

The excelsior bay is a 4 star with pool, on the lake too... Just a few more meters (on the flat) more from the center... Could be around 500/600 meters, but along a very nice walkway.
