I assume you want to travel from Lourdes to Paris. Your question is a little vague. In any case, if you do want to travel from Lourdes to Paris there are several trains every day. Two of those which go direct to Paris without any changes are TGV departing Lourdes at 7.42hrs and 14.51hrs. The 7.42 takes 6hrs and 38minutes and the 14.51 takes 5hrs and 39minutes. Trains go to Paris Montparnasse.

There are a number of trains, journey takes around 5 - 7 hours. Google for SNCF for fares.

I used SNCF UK, single journey was quoted at around 68GBP (around 140 USD) but fares do vary according to country of purchase, and whether you buy online or not. It may well be cheaper to buy the tickets in advance whilst you are in Lourdes.

Using fast trains without reservation obligation and per-km international tariff the price is... depending on the route.

- Lourdes-Dax-Bordeaux-Orleans-Paris is 81.30 Euro
- Lourdes-Toulouse-Nimes-Lyon-Dijon-Paris is 101.10 Euro
- Lourdes-Toulouse-Limoges-Vierzon-Paris is 83.80 Euro

Please take a look at the map and you will see, why the question may have more answers:

However, please do not ask anything from Raileurope. Their prices are very inflated. I strongly advise AGAINST using their (useless) service. You can do everything by yourself and more.

There are two TGV trains I know of departing from Lourdes (there are probably more but these were the two I was interested in): 7:42 AM arrive Paris 2:20 PM; 11:14 AM arrive Paris 5:20 PM.
We traveled on the 7:42 AM train and the cost was about $125 in 2nd class.

You can get a good fare or even a PREM fare if you book far enough in advance (our's wasn't). Try to know what the rate of exchange is before you book so you will not be surprised when you see the charge on your credit card.
