Dear VT Member: kentbein (another VT member) has include this hotel in his D.C. page. I just visited D.C. on July 2008 and can say that is it says City Centre has a good location near Dupont Circle. Trip Advisor may help your doubts too. Is always good to check reviews on more than one site. I tend to follow these reviews since I usually travel with wife and daughter, 17. Hope this can help.
