I cannot find the website of Svalbard Arctic Sport/Skandinavisk Høyfjellsutstyr. .

The company Skandinavisk Høyfjellsutstyr is bankerupt and I do not know who took it over - perhaps Svalbard Arctic Sport did form a new company. I will find out later in May as I am going there then, and will upgrade my info.

Hi,
I am just back from Svalbard. It seems Skandinavisk Høyfjellsutstyr shop is still up and running together with Svalbard Arctic Sport. They have businesses in Hemsedal and Tromsø plus Longyearbyen, recovering after being outcompeted in Oslo. Their range of goods is much more plasticky and most of the Norrøna gear has gone. They keep the same old fax and phone numbers, but no longer have a web site. Saagar
