I asked earlier about left luggage facilities at Faro Airport and can confirm that just outside the terminal is a coin operated left luggage locker facility.
I am raising this again here for other's benefit as various airport employees advised us that there was no longer such a facility and it was only by luck that we noticed it outside

That is very useful unformation for travellers to, or passing through, Faro Airport.
Well done for discovering the facility and for reporting back.
It would be great if you posted it - under Transporttion Tips on your Faro Travel Page - that way it would remain on VT for others to see because unfortunately Forum Postings quickly disappear from view. Thanks.

That's very interesting the official airport website makes no mention of it.

If it is OUTSIDE the terminal I would be a bit worried about security.

The facility would appear to be very safe. It is about 50 metres from the arrivals exit close to the car park and very visible. It is coin operated in a similar fashion to car parks with the ticket opening the locker on return.
I shall try find the other forum to register the info there

Hello Delta - you need to post your Tip on a Travel Page for Faro.
At the Top of your Homepage you will see "Your travel pages"

Click there to open a map of the world; underneath the map click "Add a location to your Travel Map" Enter Faro and it is staightforward from there.

I would post it as a Transportation Tip. Have Fun!.
