Looking for a way to get to Fonzaso from Venice. Wanted to visit just for a day and not spend a fortune getting there and back.

This is doable using trains to Feltre then a bus to Fonzaso.
For trains to Feltre, check out: orario.trenitalia.com/b2c/TimeTable?stazin=Venice& The cost is about 16.50 Euros(one way) and you will need to change services at Padova. Total journey time about 2 hours. At Feltre, you will have to change to a bus(Dolomitibus) which operate services to Fonzaso.
