i'm coming to utrecht for work - which happens to fall on the weekends. still pretty formal, the dutch? or...no suits? jacket & slacks? please let me know! and are streets just as cobblestoned as Amsterdam? can i wear heels? thanks!!! |

Weekends? Don't be formal. In general, we're not very formal here, even at work. What kind of work do you do? It does depend on that of course.
Yes, cobblestoned sometimes. I see heels but mostly under leather boots. Those are in fashion now. Boots I mean. Enjoy Utrecht. Lovely city.

Just take it casual for the weekends. I would not recommend hig heels for the old city center (Oude Gracht).
BTW I'll be around at April 6 (if you want to meet a local). PJ
