| Nice | Bus from Nice to Aix on 1 May holiday Posted: Thu March 27, 2008 06:07 AM UTC
We have an early morning flight into Nice on 1 May and will travel on to Aix-en-Provence same day. Since this is Labor Day/Ascension Day, we're concerned about holiday crowds. Would appreciate any help/advice re:
1. Can we reserve tickets for the bus to Aix? 2. Train vs. bus?? 3. Since more direct bus doesn't run on holiday, any opinions on taking the longer bus route? Does it make lots of stops? -----Thanks!! |

Difficult to know accurately in advance for a specific service but most of the past years Labour Days nothing runs. Last year even the airport express routes to Nice ceased operating for the day. Only the taxi drivers cleaned up.
