hi i have a few questions if any one can help, as this is my first time on holidays!!

can i use my irish laser/switch card in the machines in sharm?

how much spending money will we take for 2 people for 2 weeks when stayin all inclusive and wanting to do lots of trips and shopping?

any information on the nubian village hotel?

are there people of all shapes and sizes out there or will i be the only fat person in sharm!!

Believe it or not, but you are not the only fat person in the world (and I have not seen you) I weigh in at 17.5 stone and I don’t give a monkies what people think of me when I’m on holiday.

thanks ricky, ive just never been on holidays before and looking at any of the pictures etc all the girls seem to be slim and beatiful and i just wanted some reassurance that there are larger ladies out there in their bathing suits!!

There are larger ladies out there naked girl.
It is like topless bathing, hardly anybody bothers to look these days (except 13 year old's)

Keep your body well covered, it is bloody hot in Sharm.

Never been to Sharm. Except for the trips, I would have thought that £500 would be more than enough for your bits and bobs.

hi don't worry you will be fine there are a lot of larger peeps out there sunning themselves, although dont go topless as its disrespectful to the locals.
the cash machines take cirrus i have hsbc debit card and had no probs. maybe change £20-£30 sterling to egyptian before you go so you have money as soon as you get there just for convienience or if you need to get taxi from airport. food and drink is about the same as britain on the whole but as your ai it shouldn't matter too much. i went on glass bottom boat trip that was about £8 day at the AQUAPARK will cost you £17 but i recommend it especially if you have kids. snorkelling day trip on a boat will cost you about £15 £20 each. sharm is one of the most expensive places in egypt to buy gifts consider going to Dahab for the day it has nice beaches and cheap shopping you can book a trip or just take a cab or bus it is 100 km i think from sharm. i have heard that the nubian village is v nice i think its north of naama near to the airport.

i'm of the same weight and i have to say compared to some out there i look slim, never felt better, that is until i got home and found out i'd put on loads of extra weight ;>)
