Hi..Im a 24yr old indian guy,moved to Hague in the last week.I have no idea about the place or the culture out here.I would like to make some new friends out here,so somebody willing,we can meet up and share our thoughts.I speak good English,but no Dutch..Help me out...

I know that the Dutch government offers free language lessons to new immigrants (at least they used to when I lived there 5-6 years ago). This might be a good opportunity to meet people and learn the language. I am sure someone from this forum can tell you what government service to call to inquire about this program.
