Dear Friends,
I will be in Shanghai from Apr. 7 to Apr. 11 for a conference, the conference will be held in Hilton shanghai hotel. I am wondering if you could suggest any hotels near the hilton hotel. I am looking for a hotel not more than 80 us$/night. Also, do you think that it is better to reserve a room in advance or it is possible to go directly to a hotel at my arrival from Dubai. (15:30 p.m.)
The other question is: Where are the attractions and sight seeing there that I must visit.

Definitely Paramount Hotel. Walking distance of <10 mins from Hilton Hotel, and <5 mins from where the airport shuttles to Pudong airport are. I usually prefer to have a reservation in advance.
