The Tay Ho Hotel is located on the the beautiful Tay Ho Lake in Hanoi and is conveniently central to all of the city's amenities. so i guess its really good convenience-wise.

The hotel is on the top of West Lake (Tay Ho) so is a bit out of the way, about 15 mins to downtown. It's an old state run hotel (or used to be, the last time i was there was 12 years ago, so is probably still pretty "Vietnamese"
