Tirana - Skopje travel

I am planning to go from Tirana to Skopje probably on thursday,3 July 2008.What would be the simplest and most cost efficient way of travelling? ju falem nderit(that's from my Lonely Planet guidebook).

There are buses Normally every day From Tirana to Skopje.
I don't know exactly the schedule and the place exactly from where they live. I can tell you this at the end of May(I will be in Albania in that period).

Thanks; I would really appreciate any info. Also, any hotel recommendations. I was there 2 years ago. I stayed at the Hotel Stella for 1 night. It was awful. I don't think the room had a window. I stayed at the Hotel Ambassador for 2 nights; not bad.
