I usually prepare well in advance of what I'd like to see and do but am a new mama with a 14 month old and free time is scarce. I'd like any input as points of interest. When traveling I simply like to absorb the culture & cuisine, see main points of interest for education, and listen to local music. I'm not a big spender (but will splurge for a good reason) and like lesser known places so that I might just sit and listen to the sound of foreign language and laughter. Just simplicity.
