http://www.ikea.com/ms/it_IT/ikny_splash.html gives you a map of Italy with all IKEA's on it.
None in Sicily, I'm afraid.

this is not a travel question, anyway have a look at here
http://www.ikea.com/ms/it_IT/ikny_splash.html it seems there are no IKEA shops in Sicily, but it seems you are able to buy on line.

The IKEA - öpening was planned for May 08, but is on hold since last year due to administrative problems. They do not think, that it will be possible to open before 2009/10!
