Pagudpud Lighthouse and Windmills
Posted: Sun March 23, 2008 04:45 PM UTC
We're in Pagudpud this April with no car. can we hire a trike to go to bangui windmills and the lighthouse? do you have an idea how much will it cost?

Or can we commute by bus from Saud to bangui and lighthouse and back to saud? is that possible?

Thanks in advance!

A hired tricycle (for P500 ask from Polaris) will get you around Pagudpud to several places: Viaduct, Blue Lagoon (Maira-Ira Beach), view of Dos Hermanos, Bantay Abot cave, Agua Paradiso, Kabigan Falls, Paraiso ni San Antonio (i think hehe).

To get to Bangui windmills and Burgos Lighthouse, it's better if you get on a mini bus, for a minimum fare. From Pagudpud, specifically from the beach area, a tricycle fare to the bus stop is about P35. Go to Bangui first, then get off at Burgos, and back to Pagudpud.

You've been posting like ure doing a road trip up north. I did the same thing. Please see my travel page and maybe it would clue you in on some.

If you are a adventurous type… you can try the tricycle … when I went there last year and we were just 3 we just took the tricycle tour to all the scenic places in pagudpud including the windmill, lighthouse, bantay abot, timtang rock, blue lagoon (the best part), aqua grande, cape bojedor, kabigan falls and we just paid like 1000… here is the number of kuya joseph (he is I think connected with polaris resort) 09217615459
