We'll be in DC in April and had planned on dining at the Washington Hotel but I just learned that it closed. Can anyone please recommend a good dining experience where we might enjoy the nighttime view of the city? Thank you.

You could try the Hay-Adams not far
from the White House.

You could try to restaurant on the terrace level of the Kennedy Center. The view from up there is awesome!
