I read somewhere that there is a bus from Cashel to Kilkenny, but I can't find any information regarding how many busses per day and at what time they run. Please, can anyone give me info? I have tried Buseireann, but cannot find it any which way. Thank yo so much.

That's the Bus Eirann journey planner and no, there isn't a bus.

Perhaps there was once, perhaps rutes have changed (Cashel is served only by buses to Cork, Athlone and Dublin) or perhaps you have been misinformed.

You can get a bus into Dublin from Cashel, and then get a bus to Kilkenny from there. The journeyplanner in the post above will give you details.

Kilkenny (Patrick street) – Clonmel (railway station depart 14.35 arrive 15.25
Then take the Cahir bus from Clonmel at 15.45, and arrive in Cahir (Castle Street) at 16.10 and at 16.40 get the bus to Cashel. You should arrive in Cashel at 16.55. I know you have to take a lot of buses but this is the quickest way, taking 2hrs 20mins.
