What is the best supermarket/ shop/market near to the rail station in Bucharest where we can buy food and wine?

If you mean Bucharest North (Gara de Nord) train station, there is a supermarket (named "Gulliver", I think) right inside it.
Or if you're looking for something larger, there's a Carrefour hypermarket just two bus stops away (on lines 105, 178) from the station.

You can try Gulliver supermarket in the Train Station Gara de Nord.
Nearby is also Carrefour Orhideea but you will have to take a bus for two-three stations to get there.
