Hello I was wondering if anyone can help?
I am travelling to New Delhi in 2 weeks (April) and have heard rave reviews about Bukhara Restaurant in New Delhi, at the Sheraton Hotel. It will be my partners birthday when travelling so I would love to take him here for a lovely meal. I have searched the internet for hours and cannot find any way to book/reserve this restaurant. I live in England so would therefore struggle to ring, but if I could email that would be great! Please, please, please could anyone advise me whether this is possible or whether I will have to just cross my fingers and hope we can go without a reservation.

A couple of years ago my son and I walked in for lunch without reservations. We were promptly seated. That might not be possible for dinner, or always for lunch. All else failing it would be worth a try: the food is indeed outstanding.

Alternatively, you might try calling or faxing the Maurya Sheraton and asking for the restaurant -- or that a fax be delivered to it:

Bukhara is open 1230-1345 for lunch, 1900-2345 for dinner.

I agree with fellow VTer that food is really great at Bukhara Restaurant and you certainly need a reservation. They are always busy.
