can anybody provide any useful hints to organize an individual 12 days long rafting trip on Tuichi river, Madidi NP, Bolivia ? Any travel advice, contact welcomed... |

try Bala tours. I used them for a stay in the pampas and they were great! really knowledgeable guides! Carlos was our guide and i felt very safe and learned a lot from him. im not too sure if they do the tour you are looking for but its worth a shot! good luck!

Many thanks.. will try to check. The truth is that the already found offers from renomned companies are a little bit pricey / around 2500 USD... Together with my friends we are looking for cheaper solution .. e.g. to hire some local people from the communities to either help with mules or boats. We,ll see maybe at the site...we are actually looking for independent trip partly to avoid crowds and too commercial offers. The best value (at least for me) is a wilderness experience with everything that comes with it...
