Is Gibtelecom the only provider for cellphones and internet in Gibraltar?

Gibtelecom is the only provider for cellphones, but you do get the spanish providers signal but I must add that not inside buildings and in some parts of Gib. As for internet, there is Sapphire and a new company which is wireless called CTS or something like that, they are at ocean village.
