My brother and his wife did one of these Presidential cruises about 18 months ago - I don't remember the name of their particular ship - it was quite small and they booked it Last Minute through Thomson. They spoke very highly about it overall -: travel arrangements excellent; good cabin accommodation, excellent Egyptian Tour Guide on shore excursions; good breakfast and lunch.
Only negatives- on board smoking - although not allowed anywhere but on open deck the smoke pervaded everywhere. Poor evening meals.
And - this was just the luck of the draw -they were stuck with boring, whining, complaining dining companions for 21 meals during a 7 day cruise.
They still talk about the great experience of the tour.
