Seychelles Taxi from the airport to auberge anse boileau and actual prices restaurant chez plume
Posted: Tue March 18, 2008 10:26 AM UTC
Hi all,

In two weeks we (two families with two children) will be in Mahe. We have already reserved rooms in auberge anse boileau. I saw that the drive takes about 15 minutes. Does anybody know the taxi rates for this distance and the actual prices at the restaurant chez plume?

Best regards

You probably will have to take two taxis (at least I have not seen any bigger ones). Should be arround 15 Euros. At the luggage check out is a phone where you can call a taxi for free.

Dear Jammon

Thank you for the almost immediate and very useful reply. We have to take two taxis anyway with all the kids stuff we are taking with us.
Any clues about actual restaurant prices on Mahe?

Thanks again

We did spent most time on other islands so we did not eat in many restaurants on Mahé. We acctually enjoyed eating on Vallon Beach. Most evenings they have some kind of a street festival where locals have stands with food. Lots of BBQ fish, saugages, salads, desserts and fruits. Everything for about 2 Euros each. You should check it out. We had Pizzas once in a Restaurant for about 10 Euros each. Lunch in Victoria for about 30 Euros for two with two fish meals and starters and beer.
