There's an Easy Cafe on St Vincent Street, just along from the crossing with Buchanan Street. There are a lot of other internet access places, surprised you couldn't rteack them down. Btw, public libraries will give you free internet access.

There are lots actually:

Google is a wonderful thing.

Btw, you may well find that internet access in public libraries is limited to library cardholders and/or locals. This is the case in some local authorities. You may also have to make a prior booking for a time-slot, depending on how busy the library terminals are at the time (and library policy).

Elite cafe,56 berkeley ,the westward continuation of Cathedral and Bath ,in the city centre at Charing cross in the reception of the youth hostelwww.brazilian.glasgowhostel.pl is not the biggest, just 8 terminals but it is the cheapest at £1.00 an hour offpeak and is open twentyfour hours.Coffee is Elite and also Brazilian,The american coffee;- from the coffee bean plantation co. is also great and Gary and wee Colin who run the cafe are teenage whiz kids who can upload photos and do anything you want in the computers. They really know their business.
There are also beanscene cafes throughout the westend that have wifi access.
