You cannot miss the Catedral de la Purisima Concepcion at the Plaza de la Revolucion, in the El Centro section of Mazatlan, with it's twin pointed towers. The street names are at the corner, Juarez and de Marzo. An interesting part of the Cathedral is the 28 stained-glass windows with the Star of David placed over each one, one for each day of the jewish calendar, to honor the donations of the Jews of Germany when help was needed during construction. About a block away at Juarez and Ocampo St. is the not seen be many tourists, El Mercado, with a combination food market/flea market. Worth a visit while in this area.
