Hello,
Travelling in Tibet which are the vaccination that are absolutely recommended ? I read on different site that I should be vaccinated against rabies, typhus and polio, beyond Hepatitis A& B + Tetanus. As i was vaccinated as baby against polio, do I really need to be vaccinated again? Thanks Dolores |

Consult your own doctor or practice nurse, listen to what they say, your health could depend on it.
Bring fond memories back from your holiday and not a deadly disease. Enjoy your holiday.

hi,
I was in Tibet last year and already had vaccinations for Hepatitis A & B, and a 3-in-1 vaccination for Tetanus, Diphtheria and Polio from earlier trips. For Tibet I got an extra vaccination against typhus, as the hygienic condition is not always good. If you are planning adventure trips through the countryside lasting more than 4 weeks you should consider vaccination against Japanese encephalitis and Rabies. Helga
