Hi, similar to the last questions - I am arriving in Sofia with my husband at about 11pm at night at Sofia airport. Can anyone tell me how late the buses run into town? I realise there are also taxis and it sounds like I should book only from the OK Supertrans taxi desk if I don't want to be ripped off! The thing is I am wondering if this taxi desk will be open at that time of night? Does anyone know?

I am sorry to tell you that the bus nr' 84 from airport to city center
[Sofia University] is available from 05.00 a.m. - to 11.00 p.m, all year round.

about OK Supertrans taxi you make the reservation by phon/net so I am shure that iven the taxi desk will be close , you will have a taxi that will wait for you on time, for more diteil contact the company:

I'd give you a more general tip: whenever and where ever you need to use a taxi in Sofia, pay attention to the tariff of the taxi. You will see it in written at the back side windows of the taxi. The approximate price is about 0.56-0.60 leva per km - during the day 06-22h and about 0.70 leva per km - by night. Just have a look at the tariff.
