I'm going to Peru in June (first half).
I know there are different climates in different regions of the country, but generally speaking how is the weather in June...?

I read it's good to go to Machu Picchu, but how about in Lima...? Is it too cold...? Will i find cold in other regions too in this period...?

Well, in June the weather in nice in Cusco(and others Andean Cities like Arequipa & Puno), the best time to visit Cusco is from April to September, October and Novemebr is prety Cold and from December to March is rainy season.
In Lima specifically is cold (64 -55ºF)and cloudy in June.

I agree, the weather in the Peruvian Andes (e.g., Machu Picchu, Cusco, etc.) is best around June-Sept., but the reverse is true for Lima, where it tends to be overcast and mildly cold.
