Cabo San Lucas Travel Forum

My husband and I are planning a trip to Cabo in July- can anyone tell us the average price for a dinner at a restaurant, maybe with a few drinks included? Thanks for any input.

hello... all depends on what type of food you are looking for. $50 to $60 will get both of you a really good meal and some drinks. seafood?.. mexican?..

Every time we go to the Cabo area and have a nice meal, we feel overcharged, but then we live in a small town 75 miles north of Cabo, that is not so pricey/touristy. To me, for a NICE meal, I would count on a similar cost to a lot of places in the US (since you listed no hometown, I can't give a good estimate). Also, unless you are drinking local drinks, the import tax is very high and a few drinks can easily equal the cost of the food. A decent bottle of wine can well be 3-5 times the cost in US.
