As far as I know all hotels and restaurants in Egypt serve halal food. Well almost all, there seems to be a restaurant in Cairo that serves pork.....

Egypt is an Muslim Nation but also has other faith groups. Regarding your question Egypt food should be all halal. And in Muslim countries you don't have worry about if the food is halal your in a Muslun country.
