Where in Mumbai could I get my hands on some pots to serve curry? Copper or earthenware - handi, lota, kadai or any other shapes.

Try at metal market on Paydhonie - Kalbadevi road ,in central mumbai area .

Visit any supermarket. They have section on utensils and houseware items. Copper lined vessals are very handy-they can serve dual purpose-cooking as well as serving food on the dining table.
If you are looking for specific market where yiou will find these pots, you may wish to visit the area around Bhendi Bazaar. I guess it is near Masjid Bandar local train station. But be prepared to face the crouded lanes.

Hi there,
I recently bought, including kadai. The markets (shops) just outside Crawford Market stock a wide variety at reasonable prices. I also bought some at a supermarket in Colaba - inexpensive
