La Siesta is a middle range hotel for Djibouti (so budget range anywhere else). It's near the sea but walkable to town centre (15 mins). It's used by divers on their last night after a diving cruise and French legionnaire on permission (if you like men in uniform, in tight shorts and with muscular thighs, you'll be happy there!!!!) A.
