Hi,
Do I need to change for Sweden Kronor and Denmark Kroner when in Stockholm & Copenhagen? Or will it be easier to use Euro? Kindly advice. Thanks. Regards, Lim |

Very few places will accept Euros and the ones that do will will set the exchange rate as low as they please.

In Stockholm according to Forex (an exchange place), you get 957.50 SEK (we round to the nearest half crown or crown) for 100€. Other exchange places have other rates, so if you can get a better rate home, exchange your € into crowns.
Stores here don't accept the Euro either.

The euro is not a generalised European currency which is acceptable everywhere. Individual countries choose to formally adopt it to replace their own currency, not to run alongside it.
If the euro has not been adopted then one should always obtain and use the local currency. Many places within such countries will not accept euros anyway and, even if they do, the rate will not usually be very good (not least because they have to take account of their own exchange costs).

Hi,
for Sweden you need Swedish Kronor, also creditcards are widely accepted.

No use for euros here, only if you go to Finland.
