As I will be visiting multiple countries, I was wondering if there was any mobile phone operator that runs in the East African region. Hi All,

I am travelling to East Africa soon for few days. As I will be visiting multiple countries, I was wondering if there was any mobile phone operator that runs in the East African region. Also, does anyone have any recommendations / suggestions in terms of which operator to choose?
