I would also like to drive to the towns where people do not pay taxes and do laundry in the streams. I've seen this and been there, I don't remember which direction I took.

I am not sure anyone living near Naples would, or would wish to, 'do laundry in the streams'. Did you, perhaps, see Roma camping in the area?

Hahaha No, There are people in towns that do not pay taxes, they live by bartering (up in the hills), not near vesuvious, north east of Naples I belive.
