I heard there's rapelling and spelunking (cave) in Danao, Bohol... can anyone share their feedback if it's worth the trip?

good day,
the rapelling and sprelunking st danao is good if your love adventure, you go inside the cave where you trail a running water. its quit exiting but there's a little danger if you are not use to this kind of activity. if you need more info about the tour, text this # 09066292280 he will give you some advice before you start your adventure. good luck and have fun........
