| Lisbon | Lisbon Airport to Clarion Suites Hotel Posted: Sun March 2, 2008 07:17 PM UTC
We would like to take local transportation from Lisbon Airport to the Clarion Suites Hotel on Rua Rodrigo da Fonseca. I am aware of the Aerobus, but don't know where to get off and make my connection to the hotel. HELP!!
THANK YOU. ANNA |

Once you take the ticket, the Driver will ask to you at what hotel you want to go, he will tell you when you have to drop-off... very easy

Once you are at the hotel the metro station is just a short walk away.
The hotel is well situated in a nice neighborhood. We found it to be above the standard of Clarion hotels we are used to. You'll enjoy your Lisbon visit without doubt.

I thoroughly enjoyed my three night stay at clarion suites. a short walk to the metro station even with luggage. the main road is just around the corner from the metro station. so you are well connected.

The airport bus is great. It's #91, here's the schedule and stops:
http://www.carris.pt/en/index.php?area=balcao& From what I see, your stop should be the Av. Liberdade, but I agree with previous suggestion, just tell the driver your hotel name and he/she will tell you where to get off. After all, it's a bus mostly for tourists. There's a tourist info booth at the airport, where you can get a map of the city and transit system.

I was wondering if this bus has space underneath for luggage or if you have to carry it all with you inside the bus? Thanks!

as far I saw... only inside, it's a city bus.
I also saw people with big luggage :-)

I can't quite remember now, to be honest. But we had two suitcases and were fine. Just try to tuck it out of the way as much as possible, I guess. It is an airport bus, so I would think everybody is used to luggage.

Oh, sorry. Missed your question, markscs. You take your luggage on board.
