driving from vermillion to nebraska

Is it possible to cross the river from Vermillion to get into Nebraska (Haskell, Newcastle, rte. 12)? I can't tell from my map if there is a bridge there.

SD hwy 19 crosses the river at 42 43' 05.70N 96 57' 04.55W.
The bridge is visible on google earth at these coordinates straight south of Vermillion.
This highway joins route 12 just East of Maskell.
