Air temp, as everywhere, may be very changeable. Thise site (http://www.meteogarda.it/statistiche.php) reports this averages:
Max 26C Min.15 Av. 21 I don't know the average water temps.. But in Peschiera they are quite shallow... and so you can think of it like a big pool, with temp easily riseing after a few days of good sun.
