Región de Valparaíso Travel Forum

We arrive on a cruise ship at Valparaiso on Sunday 30th March and would like to take a sightseeing tour of Santiago and return to Santiago Airport for return flight to London leaving at l8.45 pm. We are two persons and are happy to share the tour. English language would be preferable, if possible.

I was given the name of Ruta Chile (http://www.rutachile.cl/espanol/destinos/santiago/Tour/) on this board...they were exceptionally knowledgeable, good vehicle, good English. We also booked the same two guys Julio (the guide) and Louis (the driver) for a full day tour of Valporaiso. If you can, and are downtown around lunchtime, go to Donde Augusto's in the Mercado Central. Spectacular food, reasonable prices, very Chile!! If you're in Valporaiso around lunch, go to Club Arab in Vina del Mar. Expensive but good value...best pisco sours ever!

Thank you for your offer, but unfortunately we will have luggage with us and need to be collected from the port at Valparaiso.
