Hi,
Wasn't easy because the CTM site seems to be down. Finally found it elsewhere, first bus from Casa to Essaouira is at 7.00am arrival 13.30. Next bus at 17.00 arrival at 23.00. Fare is 105 MAD. There are no trains on this line. You may have more choice of times by going through Marrakech but will probably take a while longer. Hope this helps.
