You can find some info at sports publications websites, such as:
http://globoesporte.globo.com/ESP/Futebol/TabelaJo or http://placar.abril.com.br/tabelao/agenda/ but it might still be a bit too early to look, as not all information is posted in advance. You could also check the main coming games accessing http://www.ingressofacil.com.br/futebol.asp (on-line ticket sales). It is easy to spot the fundamentals (teams, where, when). Cheers! Cello

Thanks! One more thing. Are there soccer games during the week in Rio, i.e. Monday. Or if we want to see one is it better to plan on a Fri/Sat/Sun?

There's no telling. I think there will be games most weekends, but there are also games on weekdays. The only way of knowing for sure is to check the schedules when they are posted.
