Dominican Republic	Traveling alone Posted: Tue February 26, 2008 07:56 PM UTC My friend and I have planned to go to Santo Domingo from March 20-23, and she is bailing on me. I still want to go, but concerned about traveling to DR alone. Is it safe and is it fun? I would really like to see all the historical places as well as the night life, but a bit concerned about wondering around the city by myself. Thanks a lot! My friend and I have planned to go to Santo Domingo from March 20-23, and she is bailing on me. I still want to go, but concerned about traveling to DR alone. Is it safe and is it fun?
