For me, now is best wellness center in "hotel Ambasador 5*" in Opatija because is new (open before 3 months, renovated) and it is very big but expensive. If you want cheaper then go to wellness center of "Grand hotel 4 Opatijska cvijeta 4*" ... it's also ok.
