Ask the Salzburg tourist information about accomodation in Großgmain (Austria) or in Bayrisch Gmain (Germany). We stayed in an apartment in the area and saw many smaller B&Bs. In May you shouldn't have a problem with booking just one night, unless it's Pentecost.
