Could someone tell me what the name if one of the bus system that can take me from santo domingo to my resort iberostar bavaro in punta cana and how much that would be!!

There are buses to Higüey from Santo Domingo that are cheap and comfortable. You take them from Parque Enriquillo. Then from Higüey there are buses to Punta Cana, that pass all the hotels nearby. I don't have an exact amount but you shouldn't pay more than 350 pesos (about 10.30US) per person per way, both bus fares combined.
